”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all. Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house. Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

”It was super quiet with horses grazing in the field right by our place. They even came over to be petted. Nice outdoor space. Cute rustic feel. It was handy to the Buffalo Roundup in Custer State Park, Custer and Hermosa. Beautiful area. ”

”Had a wonderful stay. The house is rustic and homey and on a beautiful piece of property. Perfect getaway for some peace and quiet. Hope to visit again soon. ”

”The property was much better than the pictures revealed. Lots of room to visit with family and we each had private space to retreat. Next time we rent, we will rent out the entire property- meaning- Include the 2 suites connected to building. We had a little problem with the AC but it was fixed immediately. Owners were very quick to respond. Perfect for family reunions! ”

”The property is gorgeous, and the house is great. Even though you’re out in the country, there are miles of trails to explore and lots of wildlife to watch. There wasn’t much water in the river when we visited but we still had fun playing frisbee and ladder ball on the sand bars. It was really rainy during our stay but there was plenty of comfortable seating inside too for watching movies and playing board games. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. ”This was a perfect place to stay. So special, unique, and peaceful. Wonderful location not too far from downtown. The breakfast was delicious. The margarita machine was always such a treat to come back to at night. It was fun playing pool to wind down. Wifi worked perfectly. The management/ staff were very nice and extremely responsive. Rooms and common areas were furnished beautifully. You can tell someone's heart and soul went into making this hotel.I will be coming back!”
