”This is a great place. It is a plush property in a small town. Great staff, well run. The hottub was a plus. Would definitely come back to this gem. If you are thinking of staying in Manitou Springs and want something less touristy and more "colorado" I would check out the Little Beaver or Outlook Lodge. They are great!”

”My husband and I stayed for five days, in part as a 'workcation.' We enjoyed the beautiful backyard as we worked. The location was fabulous with easy walks to restaurants and nearby sites. We enjoyed Cindy and Daniel's company in the evening. The unit had great amenities, including coffee, shampoo and tp, which isn't always the case in other VRBO's we have rented. We highly recommend staying at the Carriage House and would be happy to stay here again.”

”Adorable small house, the women in my wedding party got ready here throughout the morning and my new husband and I stayed here after the wedding. Because it's so small, some amenities were hard to find in various nooks, but the hosts were perfect and helpful with everything!”

”The space was very clean. It had a full functioning kitchen. The converted garage aesthetic was really cool. We were no more than 20 minutes from all the spots we wanted to see. When we were back at the VRBO, we enjoyed the hot tub (really easy to use).”

”This house was perfect for our group of 7 knitters (8th person cancelled). We are all ‘over 40’ and our goal is to relax in comfy quarters for several days and rejuvenate while knitting and laughing. Since Covid, everyone really prefers their own room so finding a home with 8 bedrooms was just what we wanted, Stairs are difficult for some but we made it work. I can’t think of anything we needed that we could not find. The area has decent restaurants and I am sure shopping - but we never left to...
