”We had a great stay here. Just a couple of issues. We used the online link to pre-register, I even submitted a snapshot of my drivers license. All of this was to speed up the check-in process. When we arrived at the front desk, they had no record of our pre-registration and we had to go all through the process again. Another issue was that we thought the window air conditioner was broken.
