”Gran hotel, el servicio es insuperable. Todo el staff es súper amable y siempre al pendiente. El concierge te ayuda a todo desde reservar para una cena hasta conseguir los ski pass para los lifts. Te brindan un servicio de shuttle que te lleva y trae a todas partes de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y tan solo al salir por la puerta de los lockers de skis , estás en el área de lifts. ”

”Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated ”

”We are a family of four, with two college-age children, and had a wonderful stay at the Samovar. We stayed in one of the family rooms, which was perfect for us (with two beds in a spacious upstairs loft). The hotel is perfectly located -- literally across the street from the Dailles gondola (and only about a block from the funicular to the summit). There are a couple of restaurants nearby, including a great Savoyarde spot across the street. There is a regular shuttle bus to the main village of...
