”VRBO can be hit or miss, but what made this one work for me was the communication from the owner. International travel somehow screwed up my access to the app so the owner texted directly with me and got me in! The place was small but that’s all I needed and it worked out great. ”

”We like to book via VRBO because we can use their app to communicate with the host. Unfortunately this host is not there to see to the check-in and check-out. Her concierge for the check-in could only contact us via email due to our limitations and him not having access to VRBO. We had to wait for him to be available. On checkout it was someone else and the host did not let them know that we could only communicate via email so we had to take our chance and leave the keys under the mat....
