”Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Nach einer schlaflosen...

”To improve: Considering that Alps is visited by people from around the globe it would be great to have the information in English too as not everyone will speak French. Someone to be at the reception to offer support throughout the stay. No bin bags. Also we were expected to clean the room which we did, but the cloth to wash the floors could not be any more disgusting.
