”We were in Sullivan for the week at an Air bnb and we decided to end our trip with a night in Bar Harbor. We've stayed in this hotel twice before in previous years and it's been nicely renovated since. We love that it is dog friendly and within walking distance from downtown Bar Harbor restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. ”Enjoyed the location as it was easily walkable to downtown, and near the island explorer bus line that would take us to other parts of the island. Also enjoyed 24/7 front desk and coffee service.”

”Really nice find, we stayed at the "island" across the road. great place and very close to town. Constance checked us in, answered our questions and made great suggestions for our time in the aria. The avoid the crowd advice times were so welcome. Would stay again anytime.”

”It was nice how the house keepers came in every day to make the bed and clean when it was not even necessary. They gave soap and towels everyday and shampoo to use.”

”Everything was GREAT! We didn’t care for the stairs because we’re in our 70’s and it was a bit much for us. Just a suggestion to add a grab rail in the bath for older folks. We will return everyone was so sweet! ”

”Kimball Terrace Inn at Northeast Harbor is a great place to stay for experiencing Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. There are lots of things to do in the area and the inn is in a great location. ”

”We had a lovely stay at Little Fig. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The person who checked us in was more than happy to provide recommendations. She also found beach towels for us when we wanted to go to Sand Beach. Would definitely stay here again. The location was very convenient to the shops and restaurants and to Acadia.”
