”This is a great place to stay when visiting Acadia NP and Mount Desert Island. We stayed with our four children (ages ranging from 14 to 23) and had plenty of space. The back yard and hot tub were greatly appreciated after hiking days. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, but we also took advantage of local restaurants. Wonderful vacation spot! Also, the hosts were quick to respond to questions.”

”The cottage was just as described, very clean, fully equiped, great location and nice neighborhood.Marissa was a wonderful hostess I highly recommend her place. We were closs enough to Acadia but didn't have to deal with the congestion of Bar Harbor unless we wanted to. So glad we chose to stay here instead! ”

”The first floor has been remodeled and has up-to-date appliances. The second floor has spacious bedrooms. The bathroom is a little small.We enjoyed having the indoor pool and fire pit.The owner was quick to respond to emails.”

Our YURT was very clean upon arrival, equipped with dinnerware and all appliances worked flawlessly.We would also recommend visiting the Clark Point Cafe in Bernard. The tasty pastries are worth the wait at this popular eatery in the town of Bernard.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The bedrooms and common area are spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the cooking equipment you'll need. The property manager responded to all questions in a timely manner. The best part of the stay is the beautiful deck with the swing bed and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded so sitting out on the deck, whether on the swing or in the hot tub, was a perfect, quiet Maine escape. ”

”This is the PERFECT house for a bigger group. We had 13 people (4 families) and we all had our own ample space in the house. Plenty of bathrooms. It was extremely well-equipped. The owners truly thought of everything for all age groups. We had a 19-month old all the way up to a 70 year old, and everyone had everything they needed. Very cute with tons of character. The best setting for our family vacation.”

”This house is great. The property is excellent. The indoor pool was a hit. Check-in was very easy. Quiet neighborhood. 25-30 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor. One minor item is you cannot change the temperature in the house. It is set to 77. Too warm on a hot day. But once things cooled down the breeze through the house is great with the windows open. I would absolutely rent again. ”

”I stayed here over labor day weekend with a group of 5 friends. It was extremely clean and equipped with everything you could need from towels to kitchen supplies. The location was perfect, with bass harbor lighthouse and delicious restaurant with a view called Peter Trouts just down the street. It was an easy drive into Bar Harbor and all the sites of Acadia national park (30mins) even for the holiday weekend.
