”In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on.”

”We always stay here but this time the heater shut down, the carpet needed cleaning, there was a liquid dripped down the front of the heater and the Wi-Fi was slow. Very disappointed.”

”Room was not properly clean and the one thing that I went there for was the jacuzzi tub and it did not work did not hold water a complete waste of money after I checked in and found out that Jacuzzi tub didn’t work. I could not get in contact with anyone at the office around 9 o’clock. I was overcharged they asked for $100 even and like I said the the place was horrible. Complete waste of money.”

”They should have more.of a variety for breakfast and atleast some handsoap in the room other than that you get what u pay for ”

”The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”

”You gave us a confirmed reservation. The hotel says they never got it. The property was in terrible condition. You should delist it. We had to find another location when rates jumped up due to Bills- Cheifs game ”
