Here you stay on a fully fenced terrace, perfect for both children and dogs, with several sunny seating areas and a lovely view over the fjord. The house is tastefully furnished and offers up to 6 beds (4+2) divided into one bedroom with a double bed and a loft with two single beds and a sofa bed. The bright kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and fridge/freezer. On the entrance floor, you’ll also find a fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine. The loft has a sofa, TV with Apple TV, and speakers – an ideal spot for cozy evenings. Outdoors, you can enjoy terraces in three directions, barbecue evenings in the sunset, and children can play safely in the fenced garden. The house is located in a quiet and family-friendly area at the end of a cul-de-sac – only 400 metres from the sea and bathing area, and within walking distance to a playground, pizzeria, and grocery store.



Things to do in Svanesund and surroundings:

Svanesund is beautifully located along the Hakefjord and offers both cliffs, sandy beaches, and a pier for swimming. From here, you can easily take the ferry over to Stenungsund for shopping and restaurants or make a day trip to Gothenburg, Nordens Ark, or the charming fishing villages on Orust and Tjörn. Discover the Pilgrim Trail on Orust, Tavlebords Honey Farm, and the country store in Tegneby, or take the ferry to the car-free islands Gullholmen and Käringön. On Tjörn, you’ll also find Sundsby Säteri with hiking trails, caves, and a cozy café – perfect for a day trip with the whole family.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 2,000 SEK will be pre-authorized on your card upon arrival and released within one week after departure, provided the house is left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. You can either clean the house yourself (cleaning supplies are available) or book final cleaning for 1,500 SEK, paid directly to the house owner on site.

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
