”I’m not sure you could find a better view! We loved our stay. I read all the reviews so was prepared for the walk uphill into town. Yes it is steep, but my 7 and 4 year old could do it. If you are planning to do any type of hiking you’ll be fine. Very comfortable space, we were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. It was very quiet, my kids described it as magical! Unfortunately the washing machine wasn’t working during our stay but thankfully there was a laundry room on the...

”Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning.”

”We loved the view! Access between the unit and Wengen was easy via the free van service during their service hours. Outside of the service hours (after 20:00 and before 08:00) it can get pricey paying for a taxi. The walk is nice but there is no sidewalk so it can be dangerous. The loft is accessible by a steep ladder and the ceiling is not standing height. The beds were super comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! The area is just spectacular for hiking and exploring.”

"Kiva tunnelma, hieno sijainti. Valitettavasti kaunis vanha aamiaishuone ja ruokasali eivät olleet enää käytössä vaan aamiainen tarjoiltiin uudessa Tannenhofissa. Huone oli myös aika kuuma, KPH:n patteri oli koko ajan täysillä eikä venttiilin säätö auttanut. Mutta onneksi oli ikkunat joista saattoi tuulettaa. Ja hienoa että oli iso amme ja tilava huone. 👍"
