Welcome to Casa St. Domenica, your quiet corner of Istria in the village of Vrećari, near Labin. Set on a 1,100 m² property with a green garden, a private pool and space for children to play, the house invites you to enjoy a slower holiday rhythm.
Start the morning with coffee outdoors, spend an afternoon by the pool and gather for a barbecue as the day cools. With four bedrooms accommodating up to eight guests, Casa St. Domenica is well suited to families and friends who enjoy time together while appreciating a little space of their own.
TWO LEVELS FOR A COMFORTABLE SHARED STAYThe house is arranged over a ground floor and an upper floor, each with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. This layout gives two families the flexibility to share their holiday while keeping their own daily routines.
LIVING ROOMSBoth living rooms feature Smart TVs and satellite channels, offering a comfortable place to unwind after a day outdoors. The ground-floor lounge has a fireplace, while the upstairs living room includes a wood-burning stove.
KITCHENS & DININGEach level has its own kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, blender, toaster, electric kettle and filter and espresso coffee-making options.
Each indoor dining table seats six. Children's plates and cups are available, making family meals easier.
BEDROOMSTwo bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two upstairs. Three of the bedrooms have confirmed 160 × 200 cm double beds. Cotton bed linen is provided.
The ground-floor main bedroom also has a television with satellite channels. Blackout curtains are available in several bedrooms.
BATHROOMSThe house offers three bathrooms and an additional separate WC. Two bathrooms are on the ground floor, while upstairs you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, plus the separate WC.
Hairdryers are available in both ground-floor bathrooms.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLThe private pool measures 7 × 3 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. Eight sun loungers and four parasols provide space for everyone to relax between swims.
The pool is unheated, so the water temperature varies with the weather and season.
GARDEN, TERRACES & BARBECUEThe grounds include approximately 400 m² of lawn and a 100 m² children's play area, with swings, toys and a children's table and chairs.
Terraces and balconies offer places to sit outdoors, with lounge seating upstairs. A barbecue and barbecue utensils are provided for relaxed meals at home. Outdoor dining tables offer six and four seats respectively.
The property is not fully fenced.
FAMILY COMFORTSA baby cot, high chair and children's tableware are available for younger guests. The garden and play area give families more ways to enjoy time at the house between outings.
Children should be supervised around the pool.
PRACTICAL DETAILSWi-Fi, air conditioning, a desk and an office chair are available. Please note that air conditioning is not installed in every bedroom.
Two washing machines, an iron, an ironing board and a drying rack make longer stays convenient. On-site parking is available.
EXPLORE EASTERN ISTRIAHead to nearby Labin to explore its old town, or spend a day by the sea in Rabac. A car is recommended for beach trips, shopping and discovering the surrounding villages.

Casa St. Domenica is located in Vrećari, a quiet village near Labin in eastern Istria. The green surroundings and relaxed village atmosphere make it a welcoming place to slow down and enjoy time outdoors.
Nearby Labin offers a charming hilltop old town with narrow streets, colourful buildings and art galleries. Enjoy a leisurely walk, stop for coffee or discover Istrian flavours at a local restaurant. Shops and supermarkets are also available in town.
For a day by the sea, head to Rabac, known for its pebble beaches, clear Adriatic waters and waterfront promenade. Spend the day swimming and exploring the coast before returning to the peaceful surroundings of the villa.
A car is recommended for shopping, beach trips and discovering the countryside and villages of eastern Istria.
