Attractive and uniquely designed Villa Activia is in the village of St.Petar, just 10 km away from Biograd and 19 km away from Zadar in Central Dalmatia. Due to the small distance from the famous tourist towns, this villa is an ideal choice for holidays with family and friends. Nearby is also National Park of Kornati, and for those that like sailing or boat excursions, there is a beautiful marina Marina Kornati in Biograd - a nautical and regatta centre of Dalmatia.

This modern and luxuriously decorated villa Activia, with a living space of 227 m2, provides accommodation for a total of 10 guests in 4 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds while other two bedrooms have 2 single beds. In each bedroom with a double bed is one extra bed for one person. In the villa are available 4 bathrooms equipped with walk-in shower cabins, one bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in shower cabin. There is also one separate toilet.

On the ground floor of the villa is fully equipped kitchen that is connected with the dining area as well with the harmoniously furnished and cosy living room. The living room, equipped with fireplace and Smart TV, is a perfect place where you can enjoy your time spent with friends or family after an active day.

The special offer the villa includes a relaxing area with a sauna and shower, if you are in need of relaxation. If You wish to have fun, there is a room with console PS4, and for those more active there is a gym.

In a beautiful yard, you can find a pool of 35m2 surrounded by 4 sun loungers. There is also Artificial climbing rock 6 m high. Outside You can find a barbecue and an outside dining table for a family lunch with friends. The whole property is completely fenced with a concrete wall that gives guests comfort and privacy.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 28 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
