This beautiful villa is located in a small seaside settlement Sveti Filip i Jakov, just 25 km southeast of the city of Zadar and only 2 km northwest of the old royal city of Biograd na Moru. Surrounded by olive trees and with its panoramic views of islands, the villa is at the short (150m) walking distance from the main beach in Sveti Filip I Jakov. The location is ideal if you want to explore national parks and nature parks – Kornati, Paklenica , Plitvica lakes, Lake Vrana and many more. Fun & Water park Dalmaland is also located near Biograd na Moru.



The villa offers 305m2 of luxury comfort and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has an open-plan ground floor - equipped with a modern kitchen, dining room with a big dining table, a spacious living room with a fire place and a big flat screen TV. One of five bedrooms with a private bathroom is also located on the ground floor of the villa, as well as a big terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa, as well as two private bathrooms and one big shared bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Also, here you will find a big balcony with a beautiful view. The basement of the villa contains a private gym area with a private bathroom and a washing machine.



Villa lies on a property of 700m2 and has a beautiful front garden with a 32m2 swimming pool surrounded by wooden sun loungers and large parasols. There you will also find a big stone barbecue and an outside shower area.



Villa Capan is a perfect place to spend your holiday, either relaxing by the pool in the comfort of the villa or exploring the Zadar area.
