Near Zagreb, in an elevated position on a hill, stands this unique wooden vacation home. You live here surrounded by greenery and hilly landscape with vineyards. This environment offers you a relaxing break from the hectic everyday life.

During the hot summer days, the private pool in the garden provides refreshment. It is located next to the orchard overlooking the surrounding hills covered with vineyards. At your disposal on the mezzanine is a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom and in the attic 3 bedrooms (minimum ceiling height 100 cm). In front of the house there is a covered terrace with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family.

During your stay, be sure to visit the beautiful churches and chapels of Sveti Ivana Zelina. We also recommend a visit to Zelingrad, in the heart of Zelina Gora, which will delight you with the remains of the former city and its fortified towers. Take the opportunity to visit Croatian Zagorje, known for its beautiful castles and museums, as well as its thermal baths where you can relax.

Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, is also nearby. Events are held here throughout the year, but the most beautiful are during Advent, when the entire city is adorned with lights and decorations.
