Villa Bel Fiore is located in the historic town of Sveti Lovreč, in the interior of Istria. This modern 3 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 7 people and offers a spacious garden with a wellness area and a pleasant, tastefully decorated interior. The interior of the villa covers 180 m² and is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by an open plan space consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a large sofa, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon or watching movies in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you could need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker and wine fridge. You can enjoy your meals together at the 6-person dining table. All rooms are air conditioned, while on colder days you can warm yourself by the fire in the fireplace.



Of the 3 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and 2 are on the 1st floor. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, satellite TV and internet. There is also plenty of storage space and 1 room has access to a balcony with a relaxation area. The bathrooms are spacious and have walk-in showers. Towels, hairdryer and toiletries are provided.



In the 1000 m² garden of the villa you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation: saltwater swimming pool, jacuzzi and sunbathing area. There is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue area, as well as an outdoor dining area, ideal not only for dining, but also for enjoying your morning and/or afternoon coffee. The villa has a private parking lot for 2 cars and a charging station for electric vehicles.



Sveti Lovreč is an Istrian town known for its rich history, so here you will find preserved ramparts, towers and city gates from the Venetian era.
