  • Villa Laurentii is a charming and stylishly furnished villa. It comprises three bedrooms, making it the perfect accommodation for up to 6 people. The interior is bright and airy thanks to the open-plan layout of the ground floor and the large windows. The villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. There is also a living area here where you can spend quality time with your loved ones. From here, you also have direct access to the covered terrace. One bedroom and one bathroom are also located on the ground floor, making the villa suitable for families with children. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom are situated on the upper floor. All bedrooms feature a double bed.

    Outside, there is a covered terrace. Here, you can also enjoy all your delicious meals and your favourite drinks. There is also a private swimming pool, where you can sit comfortably on sun loungers and enjoy the view of the greenery surrounding the villa. With its lovingly decorated interior and private pool overlooking the old town, this villa offers a truly restful and relaxing holiday in Istria. The villa is situated in one of Istria’s best-preserved medieval fortified towns – the picturesque Sveti Lovrec. In its winding alleyways, you’ll find cosy bars and restaurants, a post office, a grocery shop and a doctor’s surgery. Lovely beaches are also just a few minutes’ drive away, the nearest ones being around the charming fishing village of Vrsar (9 km). The nearby main regional road also makes all of Istria’s most famous historic towns, such as Poreč (15 km), Rovinj (20 km) and Pula (40 km), easily accessible. Adventure seekers should definitely visit the horse ranch in the neighbouring village of Jakici, as well as the excellent climbing spots in the spectacular Lim Bay. The hinterland is covered in olive groves, which produce outstanding olive oil that is already world-renowned.
