The villa's spacious courtyard has a beautiful pool surrounded by sun loungers. Here you can take a refreshing dip every day, enjoy the view of the countryside or relax in the whirlpool. There is also plenty of sporting variety: compete in table football or darts or work out on the rowing machine. For the little ones, there is a playground with a beach volleyball court and two small football goals.



Discover Svetvinenat with the imposing Morosini-Grimani Castle in the town centre, the historic Renaissance square and the surrounding churches, which form the cultural heart of the town. Concerts, festivals and traditional events take place here, especially in the summer months, combining history and lively town life. Enjoy the local cuisine in konobas and restaurants and try Istrian specialities that reflect the rich culinary heritage of the region. Please note: The pool is closed from November to April. The accommodation does not accept youth groups under the age of 30 or stag and hen parties. Bookings of such groups will be refused, even on arrival or during the stay and without refund.
