Located in the peaceful village of Bibići in Istria, the villa is the perfect destination for those looking to relax away from the tourist crowds, and it’s just a 30-minute drive from Pula and Rovinj. The villa can accommodate up to 6+2 people, with three bedrooms featuring double beds.The villa is a one-story house with 130 m², functionally furnished for a pleasant stay. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for two additional people, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an extra guest toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV.The outdoor space of the villa offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun, including a 36 m² pool. Next to the pool is an auxiliary building with a gas barbecue and a covered dining table, perfect for outdoor meals with a view of the pool.There are sunbeds, a table tennis table, and a trampoline available, which will especially delight the younger guests.
