Villa MaEm

Villa MaEm's pinpoint is in a small, peaceful village called Juršići. It is 18 km away from the historical city of Pula. The 4-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 10 people.

The villa stands out with its saltwater swimming pool, which can be heated, and a built-in Jacuzzi. There’s also a spa area with a sauna and a hydro-massage bath.

Outside, the fully fenced garden provides plenty of space for fun and relaxation. There’s a covered terrace with a barbecue area for outdoor meals, a table tennis, a swing for children, and parking space for up to four cars.

Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms. One of them includes a private bathroom with both a shower and hydro-massage bath, a sauna, and access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a shower and access to the balcony.

The famous Roman amphitheater, Arena Pula, is only 17 km away.

The coastal town of Fažana is 13 km away, while the picturesque town of Rovinj is just 30 km from the villa.
