”We booked holiday 19th-22th of December and I sent lot of messages/emails etc to ask where I can find the keys. I said that we gonna arrive 8pm and we got the email about keys next day 0:20 am. So we could not wait that long ofc. They send me message next morning saying that they send me couple of sms but I did not receive any of them. Customer service was rude and didn’t even answer our messages anymore… ”
