”Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them. The facilities and space were good for our group though....

”We had a great stay at this property. The location made it easy to get around and explore the area. The house was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, so cooking was hassle-free. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing stay.”

”The cleanliness was not up to standard. Cobwebs on kitchen cupboards, dead bugs /dust/ old liquid spills through cupboards. Floors dirty . Especially with such a late check in of 4pm I atleast expected it to be clean Also needs at least airconditioning in living areas Other then that , we did love the property ”

”• Arrived to find two home construction sites nearly next to us. The noise started from early morning to late afternoon. It was so bad we couldn’t hear the water lapping or birds and couldn’t hold a conversation or hear the TV and covered us in cement dust if we sat outside It destroyed the very reason we were there. ”We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. It was very clean and the property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our host also communicated very well and helped us out efficiently when we had left something behind. Thank you.”

”Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. Already on guard when entering the unit, it didn’t seem clean. Maybe as left by the previous guest with the bed made and fresh towels. On checking we noted that there was plenty of coffee pods but no espresso...

”Yes- the driveway is steep! But it was no problem for us. The property is beautiful, clean, fresh and updated and the view and location are excellent. Best equipped kitchen of any short-term rental we’ve been in. It was great and we would book again!”
