”For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or...

”We found our way to kings park the long way round and came back down jacobs stairs that are close by but these are not for anyone afraid of heights. Restaurants are a good trek away and the hotels menu was very limited in scope and only 3 star standard”

”Excellent shops nearby, bars, restaurants, retail and 24/7 groceries. Our room unfortunately had a musty smell coming from the air-conditioning and the towels had a damp smell.”
