”The property was pretty clean, I was able to sweep up a decent amount that was missed but this is a pet friendly home so understandable. Only big complaint was the keurig didn’t work and the sliders were super difficult to shut from the outside (no not because they hadn’t been used, they are older and didn’t have a good handle on the outside. Otherwise pretty good!”

”Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

”First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

”The communication and check-in was a breeze. The view was an instant mental reset, especially at sunrise and sunset! Very safe and relaxing atmosphere. The table tennis was entertaining for all ages. The kitchen and sink are generously sized. Will likely be fixed by busy season but. a couple of pointers to stayers in the near future: the ice machine ?may not work well? ”Very nice place to stay. Everything was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Our host touched base with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Truth be told, our host goes above and beyond with the home. We had far more than needed for our stay. The home is conveniently located and very quiet. I wish it were warmer weather, as the 'gators were elsewhere. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!”
