Pinnacle Paradise! Hot Tub! Dock Slip included!

Bring your family/friends to enjoy this immaculate and unique log home in the beautiful Pinnacle development of Deep Creek Lake. With over an acre outside, 4 floors of living space, and a wrap around deck--you can spread out and play games, laugh at the fire pit or in front of two indoor fireplaces, relax in the hot tub, or read a book in the crows nest with amazing views of the Lake. Your stay also comes with dock slip—so bring your own boat! The state park is minutes away for launching.

Guests have access to the entire home, outside and have use of the dock slip during their stay. The dock slip is available from May until October.

Guests have access to everything. Kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking equipment. Hot Tub towels are in the basement linen closet. Garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels in the laundry room. Guests also have access to the washer and dryer.

You are alone to enjoy the home, property and dock slip during your stay. If you need anything, please text/call Drew at 703-786-2390.

The home is in the very nice “Pinnacle” neighborhood. The dock slip is at the Pinnacle club house just south of the 2nd bridge off Glendale Rd. The state park that has a nice beach, kayak rentals, swimming and a boat launch is less than 2 miles away. Wisp Resort is 7.6 miles away (about 14 minute drive).

There is plenty of space to park at the house with the large circle driveway.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the house. Please respect this policy. If we find evidence of smoking (cigarette butts), unfortunately, we will have to charge you up to $500 penalty.

We do have security cameras outside the home at the entrance and pointed to the driveway.

We welcome your dogs, but we do charge a $75/fee per dog. Please limit the numbers of dogs to 2–this is a mandated rule from the loca HOA! Please do not leave any food or trash outside. And when you leave, make sure the trash is sealed in bags and put securely in the trash bins. The Deep Creek Lake area has lots of wildlife (including bears), so we do not want to invite them near our home!

As you will witness right as you walk inside Pinnacle Paradise, the place is very nice. We would very much like to keep it that way and greatly appreciate all your help in doing that. We want you to enjoy everything the house and Pinnacle neighborhood has to offer, but please be nice to the friendly neighbors, keep the outside noise down especially after 9p, and clean up after yourselves.

We require the reservation to be made with at least one adult above age 25. We want people to relax and have a good time. However, we have had some issues with younger groups not taking care of this beautiful home.

We allow dogs, but please be good pet owner and CLEAN UP AFTER THEM inside AND outside! The pet fee is for 2 pets max. Any additional pets will be upon approval and an additional fee will be requested. Please note that many of our properties have entrance cameras. Any pets not listed on the reservation or paid for will result in fees being paid at the time of arrival and/or cancellation of your stay.

Absolutely NO SMOKING at the property. Any evidence of smoking (cigarette butts) will be subject to a $500 additional fee.

The cleaners will NOT do dishes or wash hot tub towels. So, please be sure to clean all the dishes AND PUT THEM BACK into the cupboards in their proper place. Also, if you use any hot tub towels, please wash/dry/fold them and put them back where you found them.

Please be sure to secure all garbage in bags and leave in the outside bins secured as well. We wouldn’t want any bears coming to have some snacks!

Upon leaving, you can leave all the bath towels on the bathroom floors, and leave all the beds unmade. Our cleaners will wash/dry/fold all bath towels and replace all linens.

Please do not put anything in the toilets besides toilet paper. No feminine products, etc.

Please clean the grill after each use, especially the grease collector.
