Perfect for large groups, this unique property includes a main house plus a private guest cottage, offering plenty of room to spread out while staying connected. Located directly across the street from the lake, Lakewood Retreat offers the best of both worlds—easy lake access and added privacy. Enjoy your own private dock with boat slip, making it simple to spend your days boating, fishing, swimming, or soaking in the beauty of Deep Creek Lake. (Dock is located across the road from the home.)

The main house features five comfortable bedrooms, including one king bedroom, three queen bedrooms, and one bunk room that's perfect for kids or extra guests. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Just behind the main house, the separate guest cottage includes two bedrooms with full beds and a futon, creating the ideal setup for extended family, couples, or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy. Lakewood Retreat combines comfort and convenience with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace on cool mountain evenings (please bring your own firewood), or enjoy year-round comfort with central heat and air conditioning. Stay connected with WiFi and unwind with your favorite shows using the Smart TV for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy and includes a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience during longer stays.

*Max parking spaces for this home is 10; garage access is not available
*This home does not have cable tv (streaming is available using your own account)
*This home has exterior cameras at the home and dock
*Driveway is very steep
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25
*A non-refundable processing fee will be added to each payment

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*
