”On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. ”

Bed and Pillows are comfortable. Bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean with beautiful Sandalwood bodywash.

”Quest Preston is a convenient location for shopping, easy access to M31 and many eateries. Studio unit is spacious with a balcony with nice views of the suburbia. Pleasant vibe and ambience gives a homely feel. We paid for parking and worked well for us. Great hospitality. Friendly staff.”

”A proper contemporary hotel in Melbourne. Great service and rooms. Grew beds.
Only issue was our room phone didn't work properly so we had to just call the reception from our mobile.
