”Staff helped us get in early which was wonderful, but this hotel is not up to typical Wyndam standards at all. The kitchen was down so no breakfast (for at least 2 weeks!) the courtyard was bare with a few broken chairs, there were people everywhere no matter what time it was, the room smelled and is so outdated. Bathroom door had water damage. We even ran into security in the elevator and we mentioned that we expected it to be nicer and he's said and I quote "this place is sh.." and that...

The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining...

I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for.”

”The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.”
