The Space:
The comfortable and very spacious apartment can accommodate 4 guests. The space is divided into a living room with kitchenette, bedrooms, bathroom with shower and utility room. There is also a large terrace, located in front of the entrance to the apartment - equipped with table and chairs, where you can quietly start your day or relax after a long sightseeing. The décor of the apartment, is bright and modern, and the full kitchen and bathroom facilities (such as washing machine, oven and ironing equipment) make it self-sufficient. Multimedia in the form of a Tv and free Wi-Fi access keep you entertained. For a good start to any stay, the apartment comes with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the very centre of Świnoujście at 20 Bohaterów Września St. The location on the main pedestrian zone of the city, 200 m from the shopping centre, makes the property surrounded by interesting restaurants, cafes and service and commercial outlets. In this location, you can easily satisfy all your holiday needs while comfortably exploring other parts of the resort. The extensive grounds of the historic Spa Park, which can be reached in a 4-minute walk, offer respite from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. A 15-minute stroll amidst the park's greenery leads to the flagship of the seaside district - the remarkable Promenade, filled with dining establishments, as well as outdoor attractions (sensory garden, outdoor gym and, in the summer months, performances by street artists). A direct descent from the Promenade leads to the sandy beach, famous for its cleanliness and width. In addition, the apartment is 400 m from the city ferry on the Swina River, allowing guests to easily cross to the other side of the city. Another interesting way to explore the resort is to visit one of the many bicycle rental companies and take advantage of the city's extensive network of cycle routes.
