”Excellent stay, beautiful rooms, kindest staff. They were able to support us with changing to hypoallergenic bedding quickly. Only suggestion that I have is some cleverly disguised fly tapes in the lobby. We had to sit waiting for the weather to clear and the house flies were a bit irritating. Otherwise gorgeous property and amazing stay!”
”The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of the lake & mountains, with the added bonus of an adjacent park along the shore. Hospitality is a standout feature of this property, with friendly & helpful staff and nice touches everywhere that show their pride in this facility and their attention to your enjoyment. Great breakfast. This hotel has Old World class in a serene setting. Brunnen is a cute village at a quieter end of the lake from touristy Lucerne.”

”A wonderful Hotel, close to Luzern, but at countryside. Great breakfast, friendly service, good quite hard beds, easy access, car parking, free bus tickets. Lovely walking paths close by. Easy to go to Mt Pilates. Just great! ”
”Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant.”

"Very sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! "
