”I was very pleased with the included meals and pleasantly surprised to receive the 3 included drinks from the bar for each evening of my stay. Staff was excellent, rooms very nice with hot water on demand. Nice selection of pillows. I forgot my bathing suit but I know I would have enjoyed the hot tub immensely.”

”Parking is wonderful, lot is secure and you have to have your room key to gain access. Kickback was great and saved our family so much money! The staff was wonderful, always kind, remembered who we were. Right next to the airport but we didnt hear planes at all. It was nice and quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean”

”I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. ”

”Property is extremely needing a major facelift. The property and everything in it is worn out. My guest room smelled of wet puppy and stagnant air. AC unit in wall was filled with dirt and mildew. Refused to turn it on.
Stayed there due to cost savings. I'll stay in Edwardsville next time and deal with extra driving.
The location has to be renovated or they will be able to sell rooms by the hour. Their HQ leaders would never allow their family members to stay at this location. Guests...
