Great Stay

The host was incredible. They helped us out with a last-minute booking at 7:00 p.m. and responded very quickly. The property was clean and very nice. We will be booking with this host again!

Tidiness could have been better

The house inside at first glance appeared clean however under all the beds and even under the bathroom sink there was old items that had been left by previous tenants. The shower screen leaks and causes large puddles over the bathroom floor. The area in the garden was very overgrown and covered in bird poo and leaves that had clearly been there for a while and not just in the hours since the property was cleaned earlier that day before arrival. We chose the property as was located close to family however the photos have been taken at an angle that doesnt show the rooms correctly or makes them look better than they are.

Great for families

We had a very nice stay at this house. The communication with JamHouse was perfect. They responded very quickly to our questions. We wished that it had been pointed out that the third WC is located in the laundry room which is next to the terrace and can only be reached when you step out of the main building. In contrast to the two bathrooms in the main building an the garden house, that toilet is not renovated. Apart from that the property is just as described. Overall we had a really good time and will surely be back if we go to Sydney the next time.

An enjoyable long term stay with some surprises

This property was the perfect size for our family with 3 bedrooms in the main house and a granny flat out the back. The check in and communication with the owner was fantastic. The only suggestion I can make for a better experience are as follows: 1. We stayed int he middle of summer and only the granny flat has air conditioning. The main house needs at the very least fans as theres no air circulating and Sydney can get very hot. 2. There needs to be better bed linen as some of the beds only had a sheet and the beds are very hard 3. The neighbours are very colourful and we were lucky to only have them on the premises once. Please fix the gate locks at the front and back of the property

Much to improve

Despite our family's extensive travel experience, this property has significant room for improvement. The absence of air conditioning, along with the refusal of fan requests, was disappointing. Upon arrival, we encountered an unkempt backyard with long grass, overgrown plants obstructing pathways, and even a pair of dirty socks on the lawn.
