Onsite parking is available for $20 per day, subject to availability. If you require a parking spot, please let me know in advance to check availability.

There is also paid street parking nearby, which has a 30-minute limit during the day but is free after 6 PM and all day on Sundays.
To ensure a comfortable stay, please keep these simple rules in mind:

✅ Respect the neighbors – No parties, events or loud noise allowed.
✅ Strictly no smoking or vaping.
✅ Lost keys/access card fees – $200 for a lost key, $50 for lockouts.
✅ Cleaning fees – Additional charges apply for stained mattresses, quilt, pillows, or couches.
✅ Rubbish disposal – If disposal of rubbish is required during your stay, you can access the building garbage bins on level B1 “Basement 1” using the elevator
✅ Toilets – Only flush toilet paper (no wipes or feminine products).
