”Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!”

”I had a perfect stay at the hotel. They kindly had my room ready early, it was very clean & a good size. The location couldn’t have been better, less than 5 minutes to the Opera House! The breakfast the next morning was fantastic with lots of choice. I’d definitely stay there again. ”

”Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. The breakfast on the weekends is a disaster as it was very crowded and the staff was running around in panic. Overall, I dont think the hotel is worth the money. ”

Ainoa asia joka vähän vaikutti viihtyvyyteen huoneessa oli ilmastointi. Jos lämpötilan nosti yli +19 c niin huone muuttui ”kasvihuoneeksi” kun kosteus nousi ja jopa seiniltä valui vettä. ”

”The room was clean and very well decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. What stood out the most was the amazing location, right on the water and so close to the botanical gardens. Lots of great restaurants in the building.”

”Walking distance to almost everything. As a whole a ok place. Depending on what you like, most would most likely give better review, but this was not my kind of place. Road work causes noise. Also you can hear noise from trafic ect. Floors and other surfaces are not cleanded. I wiped the bathroom floor and the were alot on dust and hair (I has not yet used the room). The fridge is more like a minibar. Not the most practical and functional room, if you would like to cook food yourself.”

”The rooms are well appointed and bright, newly decorated and very clean. The staff is so welcoming. The location is great with lots of dining options. There is a store nearby for snacks. The breakfast was very good and fresh. Highly recommend. ”

”The hotel is a little dated already but it is Shangri-La, you cannot go wrong. Some parts of the bathroom were a bit leaky but overall good experience. ”
