”helpful staff”

”Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. The breakfast on the weekends is a disaster as it was very crowded and the staff was running around in panic. Overall, I dont think the hotel is worth the money. ”

”객실과 뷰가 정말 환상적이었음. 오페라 하우스 뷰는 정말 평생잊지 못할 경험이었다. 차에서 내리면 직원들은 모두 친절했다. 감기에 걸렸는데 따뜻한 물을 요청했고 바로 가져다주었다. 또한 채크인을 빨리해주었고 루프탑 수영장도 하버브릿지 바로 아래라 좋았다. 다만 수질은 좋지 않아보였다. 건물이 오래되었으나 관리눈 잘된 편이다. ”

”I am very pleased with my stay at this hostel! Room had ensuite and nice view from the window and beds were comfy. Breakfast was definitely worth the money! It had coffee, tea, apples, pears, toast with different spreads, 4 types of cereal plus milk, yoghurt and muffins. The view from the rooftop terrace is phenomenal! Such great location! Only minus side would be non-free luggage storage.”

”Walking distance to almost everything. As a whole a ok place. Depending on what you like, most would most likely give better review, but this was not my kind of place. Road work causes noise. Also you can hear noise from trafic ect. Floors and other surfaces are not cleanded. I wiped the bathroom floor and the were alot on dust and hair (I has not yet used the room). The fridge is more like a minibar. Not the most practical and functional room, if you would like to cook food yourself.”
