The lovingly decorated living/dining area features an electric fireplace, a 50-inch smart TV, and high-speed internet access, ensuring you’ll be well entertained by the entertainment system even on rainy days.

The separate kitchen, equipped with a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired. The two cheerfully furnished bedrooms—one with an additional 43-inch smart TV—each feature a large box-spring double bed that invites you to dream, as well as a spacious closet. One of the bedrooms has its own flat-screen TV. The modern, light-filled bathroom features an extra-large shower.

Unfortunately, the apartments at Villa Frische Brise do not have their own parking spaces, but you can park for free on one of the side streets right next to the building. There are approximately 15–20 spaces available here; otherwise, there is also a public parking lot directly in front of the entrance to Villa Frische Brise (Johann Möller Str. parking lot), though this does incur a fee.
