The state-of-the-art, fully equipped Nolte kitchen offers everything to meet the highest standards. In addition to plenty of glasses and dishes, the compact dishwasher takes care of the dishes (please bring your own dishwasher tablets). The kitchen countertop is new, made of cm-thick oak, and offers plenty of space for dining and working. The new, cozy corner lounge sofa provides ample space for relaxation and unwinding. Furthermore, as an alternative to the bedroom, it features an easily fold-out sleeping area with a 130 cm wide, full-size mattress, so that a second person can sleep separately at night if needed, and you won’t disturb each other with sleep sounds. In addition to the 65-inch smart TV, free Wi-Fi for guests is a given in this apartment, as is a network outlet for all tech-savvy guests. The north/east-facing balcony (garden/balcony furniture provided) is perfect for breakfast in the summer with the morning sun. The bedroom features a cozy double bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm) and an additional TV. The bathroom has a nearly floor-to-ceiling shower. A hair dryer, safe, and storage space are provided. You’ll stay dry even when it rains, as you can access the stairwell directly from the garage. This means you won’t have to carry your luggage or groceries very far. You can reach the apartment either via the stairwell or via the ground-level elevator, which takes you inside the building from the garage/entrance level to the apartment (4th floor—no upstairs neighbors). The private garage allows you to leave your vehicle there for as long as you need without worrying about security or additional parking fees. A washing machine, a coin-operated dryer, and a drying room are available in the basement. This small but charming apartment makes optimal use of space, has a pleasant atmosphere, and is ideal for vacationers who want a quiet yet super-central location, as well as for business travelers and conference attendees.
