Experience the quintessential Frisian lifestyle at the exclusive “Käpt’n Hahn” Frisian house, which, at approximately 70 m² and spread over two levels, offers everything you need to unwind and enjoy your vacation on Sylt. Ideal for up to 3 people and their four-legged companion. The vacation rental, with its thatched roof, combines traditional charm with modern amenities and is situated in a quiet location in Westerland.

**LIVING AND OUTDOOR AREA**
The inviting living-dining area features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a TV, and offers direct access to the idyllic garden with a sunny terrace and a seasonal beach chair (April–October). The tastefully arranged plants create a harmonious backdrop that invites you to linger outdoors.

**SEPARATE KITCHEN**
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine, ensures the utmost convenience for self-catering.

**BEDROOM AND BATHROOM**
The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 80x200 cm) and custom-built cabinetry. A second bedroom features a cozy single bed (90x190 cm), also with built-in cabinetry, making it an ideal relaxing retreat. The bathroom is an inviting tub-style bathroom with natural light and, in addition to the bathtub, offers plenty of space for a pleasant start to the day.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A parking space and bicycle storage are located right next to the house. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available, so you can stay connected at all times. Dogs are welcome in this apartment.

The central location near the lively Friedrichstraße allows you to quickly reach the diverse array of shops and restaurants. The beach is only about 550 meters away, so relaxing days at the beach are always possible. Its proximity to the promenade also allows you to take part in the numerous events and activities that Westerland offers throughout the year.
