The "Beach Flat," Apartment No. 105, is located on the ground floor/raised ground floor, facing away from the street and overlooking the quiet courtyard. On sunny days, the sun streams directly into the apartment, and the 9m² balcony offers ample space for enjoying breakfast in the sun.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher.

The living/sleeping area features a comfortable 160x200cm box-spring bed, a dining area, and two cozy armchairs. A large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, internet TV, and a Bluetooth speaker are also provided.

The bathroom is modern and newly renovated in light gray. The apartment and the entire Winora apartment building are very well-maintained.
