Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 39 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and covered and leads over 1 step and a terrace directly in the kitchen living with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs and parasol. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 cots and TV. American kitchen in the living room / bedroom with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and with enough dishes, glasses and all things that are available in a normal kitchen. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, telephone, baby bed, high chair for children and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Westerland/Sylt, district of Tinnum. The holiday flat is situated on an enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house contains a total of 4 flats:

Ground floor: 2 flats, each with 1 bedroom with a double bed and, additionally, a sofa bed in the living room.

On the 1st floor: 2 flats, each with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The flat is not on the main road but set back in the second row, and is therefore very quiet. In the immediate vicinity there is an ALDI, a fresh produce market with bakery and, approx. 900 metres away, a dog run where you can also let your dog off the lead. Access is via a field or forest road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
