The "Haus Jacobsen Strandgut" vacation rental is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people in its 2 rooms. With one bedroom, one bathroom, and thoughtfully chosen amenities, this accommodations are particularly well-suited for guests who want to explore Sylt in comfort and without any hassle. The living area features a sleeper sofa, an armchair, a dining table, and a TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and makes self-catering a breeze. Amenities include a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso machine. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. Practical amenities for longer or more relaxed stays have also been provided, including an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack.

There is a terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair (seasonal) that can be used by all guests.

There is a bike shed next to the house.

Pets are allowed upon prior notice and for a fee (10€ per night/per pet).
