Welcome to the exclusive vacation home “Landhaus Tinnumburg”—a charming single-family home with approximately 150 m² of living space spread over three levels, accommodating up to 7 people. The house combines spacious living with an idyllic location on the outskirts of Tinnum, surrounded by green meadows and close to the Westerland dunes. Experience the perfect combination of tranquility and comfort at “Landhaus Tinnumburg” and enjoy relaxing days amidst the picturesque surroundings of Tinnum. Here, you can enjoy an oasis of peace with family and friends, and dogs are also welcome.

The bright, stylishly furnished living room invites you to relax with its compact wood-burning stove, a sleeper sofa (130x200 cm), a cozy armchair, and a flat-screen TV set in an antique cabinet. An adjoining dining area with a large table seating up to 8 people offers the perfect setting for shared meals. Through the patio door, you step directly into the lovingly landscaped garden featuring a south-facing patio, garden furniture, and a beach chair (April through October).

The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances, including a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, and the added convenience of a service hatch to the dining room. A DeLonghi Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker ensure you can enjoy coffee just the way you like it.

The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed (180x200 cm) and an armchair, and offers a breathtaking view across the horse paddocks to the dunes of Westerland. An adjoining walk-in closet with built-in cabinets provides ample storage space.
Another bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a small desk. The third bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm), a two-person sofa, built-in cabinetry, and a TV—ideal for relaxing evenings.

**MODERN BATHROOMS AND GUEST RESTROOM**
The main bathroom on the upper floor is a luxurious full bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in rain shower, toilet, two sinks, a towel warmer, and natural light. The second bathroom is a modern shower room with a rain shower, toilet, and hair dryer, also featuring natural light. A guest restroom in the entryway adds to the comfort.
