From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing garden terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair—ideal for relaxing in the fresh air.

**OPEN KITCHEN WITH ALL THE AMENITIES**
The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and other amenities, offering everything you need for daily comfort.

**COZY BEDROOM**
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a dresser, offering a cozy retreat.

**MODERN BATHROOM**
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, ensuring a comfortable shower experience.

Each apartment features a south-facing terrace or balcony, so you can enjoy the Sylt sun to the fullest.

Dogs are also welcome in some apartments, so your four-legged friend can join you on vacation. For added convenience, bike storage is available, as well as a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer for a fee.
