This lovingly furnished new vacation rental is located in Haus Atlantik,
right on Strandstraße in Westerland.
Haus Atlantik is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kurmittelhaus, across from the Sylter Welle. The beach access is 70 meters away.
The vacation rental is on the 2nd floor and faces east.
The vacation rental is stylishly and tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. There are two built-in closets in the hallway. From there, you can access the new, modern bathroom with a rain shower and hair dryer, as well as the bedroom and living room with access to the balcony.
The bedroom is modern and equipped with a comfortable double bed, a smart TV, and a wardrobe.

In the living room, the dining area, a cozy seating area that can be converted into a double bed, a flat-screen TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, and many more, as well as an electric fireplace, invite you to relax.
The living room opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven with microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, milk frother, and an ironing board and iron.
Balcony furniture is available for your use.
Wi-Fi is included.

An outdoor parking space can be booked for an additional fee.

Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking apartment: Please smoke only on the balcony.

Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
