Motellit – Sylva

”Vatash (if I remember the name correctly) was very personable. Room had good television options. Didn’t use WiFi, so reception was limited. Thermostat control was great. Quiet and safe. Walking distance to Sylva was good. Nice town with good restaurant options. No usb options, so bring a wall outlet adapter. Shower was good. Coffee in room. Sylva is a nice place to stay when visiting Cherokee. Dillsboro nearby. Be back next year”

”Thank You we needed a quick stay with no bells and whistles and we liked it. But if you need non smoking Request it, my mistake but the Apples and Waffles....Delish”

”Loved our stay here. Very close to so many interesting sites at the reservation! Walking distance to many of the attractions and retail stores. Very close to the river to wade in or trout fish in! Lots to do and see! Rooms are clean and updated. The breakfast are is small but easy to get a plate for breakfast and take back to your room.”

We had to lay down towels. They were booked up or I would have asked for another room. Would have been nice to...

”The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Management was friendly and tended to any needs. We would be happy to stay there again.”

”We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. The office did not open until 10:00 so no shower that morning! The staff was extremely rude. We had rented for 1 night. We checked in around 8:00 that afternoon. We told them that we might want to add another night. WE was told we better go ahead or it would be booked. We did. Then during the night we got a call of a death that we...
