  • Enjoy a bright family-friendly space just an 8-minute walk from the lakefront. This 1-bedroom + loft offers 2 cozy queen beds, a pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny deck and yard—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. Stroll to the lake, passing charming shops and cafés along the way, then come home to your own quiet space with ample free parking, including room for a boat or water toys. No need to worry about downtown parking fees!

    The space
    On the main floor, you'll find the primary bedroom, a cozy living area, a full bathroom with in-suite laundry, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining space. Step outside through the patio doors to enjoy a large, sunny, south-facing patio with a BBQ.

    Up a steep spiral staircase is the second bedroom loft, which overlooks the dining area below. This upper-level bedroom also features an attached half bathroom. The stairs may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.

    Please note there is no air conditioning - fans are provided in each bedroom.

Incredible little place with all the amenities of home. Walking distance to the lake, shops and restaurants. Communication with Nicole was super efficient and friendly. The house was clean and well-equipped. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a week with our 2 kids aged 7 and 10. Nicole was very responsive to all my messages and we enjoyed our stay. It’s a short 8 min walk to the beach. The property has everything you need.

Great place to stay. Little expensive for short stays, but great location, nice and clean, good neighborhood. Wonderful facilities and an all around fantastic place to stay. Would recommend to anybody and will stay again

The Kode looks exactly as pictured. Beautiful house. Very clean and bright with a spacious yard. Nichole replied promptly to my messages, and the whole process was seamless. Close to shops and the beach. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time in this cute mid century house. Was a short walk to the beach and restaurants and was very clean and comfortable. A couple of issues that could be improved upon; Only one bath towel was left out - I had to message Nicole but she rectified the situation immediately There were no beach towels available The coffee mugs are very small There are only two chairs in the backyard and a picnic type table which wasn’t an issue for us as there was a fire ban but if we had wanted to have a fire there were no chairs to sit around it The “pull out couch” is not the type of couch anyone would want to sleep on - it would be extremely uncomfortable so if you have more than 4 people I would not recommend staying here Saying all of this it is a lovely home and was perfect for our girls weekend. Nicole was super responsive to all inquiries and I would definitely stay here again!

Quick getaway

My husband and I needed a quick getaway and this was the perfect spot. Close walk to all the main streets. The best part is we could bring our for babies

This property is not suitable for 6 people. The pull out couch was broken and was not convertible to a double bed. It was a single bed with a pull out trundle bed. It is not suitable for an adult or a teenager to sleep on. There are only 4 chairs as well.

Location and having a big deck was bery nice also the beds were very comfortable. When I arrived we had no dish towels and I was able to contact the host and towels were nrought over right away

Six of us visited for a family holiday and we really enjoyed our stay! The yard was big with plenty of space to sunlounge, play or sit around the fire. It's important to note that the property it set out best for 4 people, with only 4 chairs provided around the kitchen table, and it's a bit further away than expected from the beach (about a 10 minute walk). We would also recommend bringing additional kitchen items required, as the cooking/baking dishes are quite limited, and an axe/firewood for a fire if desired.Overall a lovely place to stay, we would recommend!
