The space
Book today to enjoy our private three bedroom apartment built at the turn of the century, fully renovated with new kitchen and bathroom. Can comfortably sleep 7 in bedrooms. You can sleep one more on the couch if needed.

Prepare for a historic turn of the century stay, with original woodwork, doors and accents. If you want a suburban new construction home, this place isn’t for you. The apartment has some “old house” quirks and features, like the beautifully crafted butler's pantry and original hardwood flooring, yet includes beautiful and functional updates that you will enjoy during your stay.

Bring your friends and family along, you will find the place spacious and accommodating. Spread out in various laptop friendly workspaces and fast Wifi. Enjoy the smart Roku TV that has Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu and any other streaming service you may need (BYOLogin)

Once you come inside, you'll notice the beautiful original tin ceilings, hardwood floors, wood trim throughout. The large open concept living room and dining room are warm and welcoming. Gather around the dining table with the cozy electric fireplace keeping you warm and toasty. The bathroom is between the first two rooms and the third room is off of the kitchen.

Room 1 - Queen bed, sitting chair and reading nook
Room 2 - Bunk with twin over full bunk bed (Sleeps 2 below, one above)
Room 3 - Full bed (sleeps 2)
Livingroom - Large comfortable couch and loveseat. Large couch can sleep one.

The master suite includes bathroom between room 1 and 2.

Original butler's pantry passes from the dining area into an updated eat in kitchen. Kitchen has full size fridge, stainless oven, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. You will be able to cook a full meal while enjoying our fully equipped kitchen.

Free parking on the left driveway that is parallel to the house. You can fit around 3 cars. Please do not use the right side driveway.

The locked cleaning closet, the basement and attic are off limits to guests.
Other things to note
This property is the lower flat in a duplex. You may hear some passive noise from upstairs. Please do not smoke inside, there is a small back porch that you can use for smoking ($250 fee will be billed if we discover weed, vaping and/or cigarettes smell in the apartment).
