The space
Enter this upstairs apartment into the living room that has a big picture window with great view of the front yard. the livingroom has exposed beams at the ceiling. The sunken (2 steps) room is where the queen bedroom is, with a mini walk in closet. The small but cute galley kitchen has spacious cabinets. The other bedrooms (1 being staged as the office) are off the kitchen. The bathroom with tub shower is near the rear door that leads to the back deck.

This well built house in 1920 was a single family but remodeled into a 2 family possibly back in the 80s. It sits on 1.58 acres. I bought it in 2015 and have made many more improvements.
Guest access
Guests can use the entire upstairs apartment, with a small deck on the front of the house with room for a bistro set or couple chairs, The larger 2nd floor back back deck. Guests have access to the basement from the outside bilco doors to use the washer and dryer. Guests can use the shared front and side yards. The back yard is fenced off for my horse and dogs. The garage is not shared for access but there is a one parking spot in front of the garage and also room in the graveled turn around.
Other things to note
We are huge pet lovers, 2 senior dogs, a young chocolate lab and mini Aussie and cat named Elvis. This is a semi rural area with beautiful neighboring homes and farmland behind. You may see or hear wildlife, deer, hawks, owl, song birds, squirrels chipmunks. I treat for insects and the windows all have screens.
