”Not clean. Used fake eyelashes on bed. Fake nails on bathroom floor. Couches and chairs were horribly stained and crusty white spots. Obvious water damage on the bathroom cabinet. The ac vent in the bedroom for room 626 rattled with so much noise we were moved to another room. The TV guild in the bedroom didn't work and the bedroom phone was dead (no dial tone). The next room 608 was just as bad, every time the ac came on, the noise was so loud it woke me up. It was an awful night but I stayed...

”Room smelled like poop when we walked in. Coffee was amazing! Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night.”

”Everyone was very friendly and conscientious, including Wade who I spoke with the most. Staff were super accommodating when I needed help with getting my room near my friends room and getting a cot for my son. My only suggestion would be some couches in the lobby so we can sit and talk. Not so comfortable sitting on chairs for hours. Beds and pillows were amazing!!!! Thank you for everything!!!”

”Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning.”
