”Room was not very clean. We had a mouse running around one night! The porch area outside of our room was dirty. Some of the staff acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Food at the lodge was expensive! We won't be staying here next time we are in the area. On a positive note, the main building was clean. There was music and a great view from the main porch.”

”The cabin is located on a huge, beautiful property and overall has a lot of potential. The owner was very accommodating and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated.However, there was a significant issue with bugs inside the cabin, which affected the comfort of the stay. ”No toilet paper, barely any shampoo, 2 wash cloths for a week. no one was at the desk ever to get more. Trash was left in the room from the previous visitors”

”We enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few hiccups along the way. We arrived at 5:45 and our door code did not work. I called the number listed in my email, one listed on the front door, plus texted the emergency number. It took 30 minutes to get a response. It was just a bit disconcerting to not have staff available, both to address typical needs or in case of an emergency. This also made us uncertain about overall security.”

”We had a fun event to attend at Lydia Mt so it made sense to stay the night. Our room was fine; dusty with many cobwebs on all of the stuff. Additionally, there was no coffee in our room- just an empty basket. The rooms are far too cluttered and dark. Must be a nightmare to clean.”
